Did you know… your womb space is an energetic portal, a storehouse for your emotions, and a place for life, creativity, manifestations, and sensuality to dwell.

Many women today are disconnected from their bodies. When you separate from your emotions, you become separated from others, making you feel lonely, critical, and distant from yourself and your community. Are you able to hear the messages that lie within your being?

If you don’t allow yourself to feel your emotions and process them, it makes you feel unsafe and separate from those around you. This separation blocks your energy channels that shuts down your creative womb space.

But there is a solution!

Your Womb Is Your Creative Weapon!

But first, you must be willing to dive deep into your inner wounds and the "darkness." It requires facing emotions and memories and healing once and for all!

Are you ready to feel free, flowing, fun and flexible?

If you are feeling disconnected, it requires being gentle and loving to these "not-so-pretty parts." This inner calling leads you back home to you, so you can reconnect to your emotions and feel whole, healed, loved, and free! I invite you to step into the transformative healing journey.

1. Connect to your Sacred Vessel

Women have been detached from our bodies and her rhythms for far too long. It’s time to come back home to YOU!

  • Devote to a daily practice of communing with your body and womb space.

  • Add conscious breathwork. Slowly breathe into the womb allowing your belly to expand unapologetically.

  • Send love to your body and womb space through the palm of your hands as you connect through breath.

  • Ask your womb if she has any messages for you. Be open, listen, and receive all that comes forth.

2. Rest and Go Within

In this modern world, it can feel impossible to create time and space for solitude, sacred pause, and inner reflection. Our agitation, anger, and emotional eruptions accompanying our moon time are likely attributed to our heightened sensitivity and need for more rest, alone time, and self-care. As women, our energy is cyclical and needs to be honored this way. When you find yourself on your bleed cycle, find ways to celebrate yourself.

“Whether or not you realize it, you come from a lineage that once upon a time revered menstruation as deeply sacred.”

3. Embrace Your Shadow In The Moon Time

  • Lean into every emotion that presents itself during your bleed cycle. This is naturally a time to retreat and pause to connect with our inner world.

  • Shadows often reveal hidden truths and wounding’s that have been buried deep within.

  • Journal to help process your emotions and to see what it is that your body and Self are asking for support in.

  • Practice loving vs. rejecting these shadow aspects of yourself. If we have been running from our emotions and complicated feelings, it can be challenging to allow them to come to the surface. We tend to want to avoid them and feel shame around them. Love, tender sweet love, is what they need.

4. Nourish Your Feminine Container:

  • Move your body. Sometimes the hard, high-intensity, and liner structure of working out isn't for every woman. If this is the case for you, foster gentle movements in your everyday life. Stretching, yoga, dancing, swimming, and Tai Chi are examples of honoring your feminine flow.

  • Spend time outdoors. As women, we are closely connected to the planet's energy and get drained by stress, work, and family responsibilities. It's important to get outside daily and connect to the energies of our earth and the sun. You can fill your energetic cup simply by walking near trees, bodies of water, and under the sun's healing light.

  • Nourish your body by introducing herbs, supporting your womb and hormones, such as Red Clover, Nettles, Maca Root, Black Cohosh, Wild Yam, and Ashwagandha. These herbs are wonderful for womb care and can support your body through the bleeding cycle, PMS, and menopausal symptoms.

5. Express Yourself

The womb space, as she heals, will begin to feel safe to bloom and blossom. You give your body and womb permission to open, explore, discover, and invite new experiences into your life through creative expression.

Our womb centers are full of potent, untapped power for birthing new realities into existence. They are a vortex of hidden potential, knowledge, and manifesting power. Get curious about new ways to invite different forms of expression into your life.
