About Me
In 2017, I found myself at the lowest point of my life. After 17 years in a dysfunctional marriage, I was depleted, unwell, and
had lost touch with who I was. As a wife and mother of three precious children, I had poured so much of myself into my family but LOST myself along the way. My life had fallen out of balance.
In a moment of deep despair, I sought guidance from above, asking for clarity around my marriage. I was guided and embarked on a solo camping journey to find my answer—and I received it! Little did I know, this would be the beginning of a profound spiritual awakening and healing journey.
As I walked the path of my own healing, I faced and transformed layers of trauma and pain held within me for years and lifetimes. This journey was challenging yet profoundly transformative, revealing my own capacity for intuitive healing. True to the saying, 'When the student is ready, the teacher appears,' several healers entered my life at pivotal moments, each offering guidance, insight, and support. Through their teachings on energy, spirit, and self-love, I gained invaluable tools, but much of my healing emerged from within as I learned to trust my intuition and embrace my own power on this path.

My purpose is to help you heal and feel whole again, to reconnect with your own inner wisdom and knowing, always guiding you back to the power that already exists within you. You are powerful, beautiful, and capable of incredible transformation.
I believe our hearts are the next frontier—the deep, juicy place we are meant to explore as we move away from the old paradigms of fear, pressure, and force. We are stepping into an era of love, patience, peace, and flow.

Mission
My mission is to support the Divine Feminine collective in awakening to their inherent healing powers and reconnecting with the wisdom and strength within.
Through deep inner work—including somatic healing, energy work, inner child healing, trauma-informed practices and more, I guide women to access and trust their intuition, heal from within, and lead lives rooted in love, presence, and purpose.
Together, we nurture the softer, intuitive, and emotionally connected side of ourselves, creating a path toward wholeness and empowered, heart-centered living.
Vision
My vision is to walk alongside women as they reclaim their inner magnificence and remember their worth, empowering them to break free from the constraints of inadequacy, perfectionism, and competition. In a world that often leaves us feeling disconnected from ourselves and each other, I offer a space of deep healing and connection, where we are invited to slow down, listen, and be seen as we truly are.
I believe that each woman has a unique power, wisdom, and capacity to heal, which can be unlocked through compassionate guidance, connection to intuition, and practices that nurture the body, heart, and spirit.
